GENOMICS
We provide genome sequencing and gene expression quantification technologies, supporting a range of research needs.
Services include gene-specific absolute quantification with digital droplet PCR, single-cell RNA sequencing using the Chromium iX (10x Genomics) and BD Rhapsody systems (with off-site sequencing), and long-read sequencing with Oxford Nanopore. Support is available from experiment planning and library preparation through to data analysis.
