SINGLE-CELL RNA SEQUENCING
We offer training and skilled-user access to the 10x Chromium X platform. We also provide comprehensive guidance in experimental design and will prepare single-cell RNA libraries on your behalf on both the 10x Chromium X and BD Rhapsody platforms.

These libraries can be sequenced in-house or be sent to the sequencing facility of your choice. Our Data Science team is available to support you in the analysis of sequencing results, including running workloads on our on-premises high-performance computing.

COMPUTATION AND APPLICATION
Our team can assist with:

LARGE-SCALE DATA ANALYSIS
We work together with you and our Data Science core to process and analyze genomic data. This integration enables us to incorporate the bioinformatic outcomes into our wet-lab processes, which aids in optimizing protocols and developing follow on experiments for your project. ​​​​​
